More Money in Your (University’s) Pocket

NIH announced that all Institutes will increase their contribution to an awardee’s salary to a base level of $100,000 for K08 and K23 awardees beginning with new applications due on February 12, 2016. Many Institutes currently provide salary support up to this base level; this new rule applies to those who have not yet made the change.
