Match Day Memories

Today is Match Day in the US, where fourth-year medical students across the nation learn where they’ll be spending the next few years as residents in teaching hospitals. Some get exactly the match they wanted–right specialization, right city, right medical center. Others don’t get their first choice, and have to make the best of where they land.
