The National Research Mentoring Network is accepting applications for their R01 Resubmissions Cohort 1, which targets researchers planning resubmissions in July 2017.  Cohort members will be matched with an experienced grant writer for six to eight weeks of individualized strategizing, feedback, and timeline creation.  If needed, a content coach or consultant will also assist in addressing the scientific concerns of reviewers.

If you commit to having your full draft ready six weeks before the NIH deadline, you also get a pre-submission peer review from experts you identify at your institution or anywhere else.  NRMN will pay them to review your grant and give you feedback in time to revise before the deadline.

Nearly 300 people have participated in NRMN grant coaching training to date.  This latest workshop expands their offerings to those resubmitting R01 proposals.  And did I mention it’s FREE?

Up to 25 applicants will be selected.  You must be a US citizen or permanent resident to apply.

Priority Deadline: February 15, 2017
Final Deadline: March 1, 2017
